Adrenal Support Herbal Tea 3 oz
Dandelion root, eleuthero root, astragalus root, burdock root, licorice root, cinnamon bark, ginger root and cardamom pods.
To brew: Use 1/2-1 tbl per cup of water. Place tea and water into a saucepan. Bring up to a boil, then turn down and simmer for 15-30 min. The longer it simmers, the stronger the tea. Let cool to a drinkable temperature, strain and drink. I often add more water at this point and re-brew the herbs for a second batch. Any leftover tea can be kept refrigerated for several days.
