Cough & Colds Herbal Tea
Made with a blend of herbs that have been used traditionally to ease the common symptoms of a cold and support the immune system.
2 oz bag
Contains: Organic echinacea root, elecampane root, ginger root, pleurisy root, licorice root, white oak bark, cinnamon bark, orange peel and fennel seed.
To make the strongest brew, add 1 tbl of herbs per cup of water to a saucepan. Bring the water to a boil and then turn down to a simmer. Simmer for 15 - 30 minutes. Allow to cool to drinking temperature and strain. Extra tea can be refrigerated and will keep for 2-3 days.
